I began reviewing all the book before reading and am completely satisfied by what it has. I have many books about the same theme but this is so complete and up to date.I am very happy to have it.
Although I have not finished reading this book, it sheds light in almost all aspects of arthritis. The author teaches one the causes and how to attack it.
I found it very complete. To me the recipes are ok but... I'm vegetarian.
