Great common sense substitutions for many recipes we already make for our families plus some new ones to try that still have easy to find ingredients.
Did not like the section in back with famous chef recipes. Even though I like some of the chefs, the recipes were all too labor intensive and the pictures looked very unappetizing. So this was almost 30 wasted pages, IMO.
