NOT so much a crowd pleaser
May 17, 2008

I usually can't put down books with Alex cross in them but it took me days to read, somehow it didn't grab my attention like the others. I feel it was a slow book...slow to get your attention...and slow moving the murders were ho hum. I thing James Petterson needed a little more inspiration for this one.

I get the impression JP is running out of steam. This book is not as thrilling as Along Came A Spider, Kiss the Girls, Jack & Jill, Cat & Mouse, Pop Goes the Weasel, Roses R Red, Violets R Blue and Four Blind Mice. Is it that JP is losing his touch or maybe he his getting ready to retire. The book was okay. Not at all impressed.

A MUST READ FOR ALEX CROSS FANS
January 29, 2008

James Patterson does it again. This typical Alex Cross book has it all, genuine family values, love, honesty, suspense, twists, brutal murders and an ending you never see coming. I don't know how James Patterson does it, but I cannot wait for the next Alex Cross book to be written. A true fan!
