Twilight

All hail the new Vampire Queen! Stephenie Meyer had her legions of fans thirsting for more long before this dangerously romantic vampire thriller knocked the Harry Potter series right off its coveted spot as the #1 series for children’s books on the New York Times bestseller list! So why all the hype? Twilight is the first book in the heart-pounding saga about an ordinary girl named Bella Swan whose life takes an extraordinary and terrifying turn when she meets Edward Cullen, an impossibly handsome vampire. When he falls in love with her nobody is safe, especially Bella. Now, as the lovers find themselves balanced precariously on the point of a knife—between desire and danger—can Bella survive their love?

Worst Series EVER!!!

These books are terrible plagiarisations of Charlaine Harris' Southern Vampire Mysteries. You'd have to be a complete moron to like these books, there's nothing interesting to anyone with an IQ higher than 25 that wasn't literally already done in Charlaine Harris' books. Stephenie Meyer seriously needs to learn how to be original and stop stealing plot-points from other books. But I guess that's what happens when you're raised Mormon, intelligence takes a back-seat to fraud and intellectual property theft.

Amazing!

When I first saw this book and how many people wanted to read it I was interested so I looked at it and as soon and I saw it was about vampires I put it down. Yuck... when Eclipse came out I saw, again, how many people were so interested in it so I looked at Twilight again and... nope, vampires. Finally the movie came out and I wanted to see it because I thought it was scary (Ha! Far from it.) and I fell in love with the movie so I went and bought all of them! I read Twilight in 2 days! Which for me is amazing! I didn't care for reading that much and Twilight has made me love reading. I've read them all 4 times and I'm reading it for a 5th time right now. Get this book! You won't regret it!

now i odne know why so many people like to pick apart a story. I personally dont read a book to critisize it. i read it for the story inside and hope it takes me away from this world and into another. The twilight saga does just that. almost emediately you get hooked on the characters and the storyline. it engulfs you to the point where you feel bellas love for edward and her pain as well. the imary is so well done you feel as if you can picture everytihng hapening around you. I for one didnt think this book was slow at all. i read it in three hours. it was so good once i started i couldnt put it down. i would recomend this to anyone in a heart beat,. its def worth reading....even if you dont like love stories or vampires.
