I make it a point not to miss your show when it comes on at 9:00 AM. I just love all the different foods that you prepare and I have a few of your books and also subscribe to your magazine, when I have finished with the magazine I pass it on to one of my friends that cook.
Rachel I cook three meals a day and you are a great help in my preparing for my husband of 52 years.

I had originally purchased this book for my mother-in-law because she collects cookbooks and she loves Rachael Ray. Once I started to look through her book after it arrived, I decided I had to order another copy for myself. She lives too far away for me to borrow her copy. It is definitely a good investment.

I have no regrets in buying this book. It' classic, it's simple, it's adventurous. You get a little bit of this, and that. It's good to go out of your way sometimes to buy other types of ingredients that you normally don't use. It acquaints you with a wider variety foods, and cooking skills. And that's good. It certainly is worth the money.

I've really enjoyed this book. Especially the area of cooking for 1 or 2 as I am a widow and cooking for just me is making a big difference. I cook for 2 and freeze 1 for later. The meals are fast and easy to prep.

Hi All, I usually go by reviews before I purchase a book. I am a big Rachel Ray fan, but this book was so disappointing to me. I didn't like any of the recipes out of this book. I kept it hoping to give it to one of my family members.
